IT Services Information
Our IT support service covers Chesterfield, Sheffield, Derby, Nottingham and Nationwide and is provided through award winning support software to ensure the fastest resolution to your problem. Support is provided by our certified IT engineers with specialist qualifications such as CCNA and MCSE.
Our IT monitoring software IP Check allows us to proactively manage your IT infrastructure. We record and manage your servers processor usage, disk usage, disk status, anti virus and backup. Our monitoring system instantly brings any warnings to our attention so we can resolve the issue before it causes interruption.
Our Service Level Agreement includes as standard:
- 15 Minute Response to remote IT support requests
- 4 Hour Response to onsite IT support requests
- Option to upgrade onsite SLA times where possible
IT Services Pricing
Our IT Maintenance Agreement pricing structure is very competitive:
- £7 per month per PC
- Between £25 and £50 per month per server
- No cost for support of backup servers
- No cost for support of mobile devices
- Option to upgrade to 24 hour IT support and unlimited onsite IT support is available
