Employee of the Month: June is Jack’s Month

Jack Harris, Technical Support Engineer, has been chosen by the CT Senior Management Team as Employee of the Month for June. 

Jack, was nominated by Rob Longden, Head of Service Desk Delivery, and Nick Bennett, Service Desk Manager, for providing invaluable support and reflecting our brand value of: "Constantly Seek to Improve".

Rob said: "Over the past few months, many new processes, procedures and ways of working across the business have been introduced to the CT team in a bid to improve customer satisfaction. 

"The implementation of priority incidents with specific SLAs across the service desk is new, and Jack has been able to implement new processes with ease, maturity and with real effect." 

Nick said: "Jack has kept an eye on SLA’s and ticket volumes across the team whilst ensuring it has not affected his own performance.

"Jack has embraced the changes and passed a Microsoft exam to improve the knowledge level for the entire team, truly reflecting this month’s core brand value."

Our Managing Director, Ian Snow, said: "We are delighted that Jack received such strong nominations this month and is getting the recognition he deserves. 

"Customer service is of paramount importance to CT and having strict SLA processes and procedures in place, that are well implemented and managed, helps CT to stand out from the crowd and ensure a high level of trust from our customers." 

This month saw a record number of worthy nominations for several team members including Adam Collin, Joshua Vickers, Hannah Hill and Dan Webster.

Jack will receive £20 of Amazon vouchers.
