As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for a defined portfolio of established and esteemed accounts where you will be the first point of call.
You’ll regularly review and analyse account activities, as well as ensuring that the CRM system is updated on a daily basis.
Managing sales opportunities and creating an accurate sales pipeline to meet personal and team targets will be an important part of the role.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role within the IT sector
- Knowledge of CRM applications and MS Office
- Ideally have some technical qualifications
