  • Choose from monthly or quarterly IT Manager Visits. If required your IT Manager can participate in your internal management meetings too
  • IT Roadmap – We provide a rolling 3 month roadmap which is discussed and agreed in each meeting as well as provided on your email report
  • 3rd Party Liaison – We liaise with all IT related third parties on your behalf including software providers
  • A detailed monthly analysis of support usage, your proactively monitored IT system and current projects are sent to you each month
  • We also discuss our reports with you in the regular IT Management meetings
