We are almost 100 strong in our team, and as we grow, have a duty to provide a place people want to come to work and a place where they can have a voice, support and the opportunity to progress in their career. What makes us stand out?

Well-being is at the forefront

We provide private healthcare and access to a well-being platform to ensure people get the help and guidance they need to improve all areas of wellbeing, inside and outside of work. We have qualified mental health first aiders onsite to provide any support that is needed across the teams.

A focus on fitness

We have been working alongside The Fitness Truck since 2018 – they bring the gym to us. They turn up every week and put us through our paces, and even though we may grumble, everyone who participates feels so much better, at least until they walk up the stairs the next day!

Personal development plans

Development plans are tailored to your specific role and help you gain important industry recognised certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, Prince2, Veeam or SDI. We believe in promoting from within and encourage people to step forward and take on new skills.

Challenging the IT stereotype

Over a third of our workforce are women, working in a range of senior and supporting tech roles, finance and sales, which smashes the national average! We’re extremely proud of this balance and we offer support and flexibility to many working parents.

A great working environment

We’ve worked hard to create a modern 11,000sqft functional office that provides a great working environment and social space. We have break out areas with a pool table, a PS4 zone and with the addition of our Starbucks machine, everyone has great coffee whenever they need a caffeine hit!

Our social calendar

We love getting together. We have monthly pizza nights, Christmas and summer parties, as well as team-building outings and VIP cinema trips. Basically, any excuse to get together, we do!

Giving back

We support several charities and have raised thousands of pounds over the years through fundraising activities such as auction nights, sky dives, walks, runs, baking and of course Christmas jumper days. This is always on our radar and we are always looking at ways to give back as a team.
