Developer

The aim of the Developer is to improve CTs methods of working, reduce the labour input for repetitive tasks, improve the availability of information and improve the integration of the various systems used by the business. The ultimate result will be improved levels of service, reduced man-hours, improved working methods, improved staff and customer experience and ultimately increase profit levels.

1st Line Technical Support Engineer

As a 1st Line Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote support for IT, data, hosting and telecoms networks. You will be responsible for the proactive maintenance of customers’ networks, making full use of the Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) systems in place.
