At CT, we value the business you conduct with us. With this in mind, our external clients new business referral program is now live.
It has been designed to reward our clients for introducing potential new IT Support and Cloud customers. If you refer a new organisation to the new business team at CT, you’ll receive business rewards.
How does it work?
1. Submit a Referral
If you have a business referral, please share the details to help us connect with new clients and unlock your referral rewards.
2. Lead Qualification
Our sales team will review the referral to ensure it fits our target profile. If approved and qualified, we’ll begin the sales process. As a thank-you, you’ll receive a 5% discount on your service for one month or £200 off a hardware order.
3. Successful Conversion
If the referral results in a signed contract or a paid service (based on defined criteria), you will receive an additional reward – see the table below for levels of reward.
Referral Reward Structure

| Small Client | £3,600 – £10,000 | 10% off service contract for 1 month or £300 off a hardware/licence order |
| Mid-Sized Client | £10,001 – £30,000 | 10% off service contract for 2 months or £400 off a hardware/licence order |
| Large Client | £30,001 and above | 10% off service contract for 3 months or £500 off a hardware/licence order |
Rules & Guidelines
· The referred business must not be an existing or past client within the last 12 months.
· The referred business needs to reach the “qualified” stage of the sales process, meaning an initial onsite meeting with a decision maker at the business must take place.
· The reward will be awarded 30 days after contract signing.
· There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit!
