My current role is People & Performance Manager which combines everything “people” related including recruitment, HR, policies, training and development and wellbeing. Coming from a training and HR background, this role was specifically introduced to utilise my experience to benefit the company as a whole. I’m lucky as I get to spend time with every member of staff, offering support on both a professional and personal level.
CT recognised that encompassing the health and wellbeing of staff was integral to the future growth of the business – as a result, there have been many new initiatives introduced within the business such as private healthcare and weekly Fitness Truck sessions. As the only female member of the Board Team, I feel I can influence and have the opportunity to introduce additional offerings across the business.
In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym and challenging myself by doing events such as Tough Mudder, also spending time with friends and family – a favourite is escape rooms.
