As part of our specialised onboarding, our Sales, Service Management, and Project Engineering teams collaborated closely with Weston to assess their IT environment and understand existing challenges.

Before the final IT provider transition, we deployed our Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tool to enable proactive support and conducted a risk assessment to prioritise critical issues.

Our team visited all Weston retail outlets to install the RMM tool and introduce staff to our support process. Insights gathered were shared with our Service Desk, ensuring a smooth handover and responsive ongoing support.
