We are pleased to announce that after another year of successful growth, we have appointed Bob Horgan as CT’s Finance Director to help sustain our strategic growth plans during 2023.
Bob is a chartered accountant and brings over 20 years’ experience across Audit, Corporate Finance and most recently with a local software development business prior to their sale to an international software group.
During his career he has developed several accounts teams into fully functional finance departments who are not only focused on the reporting of the numbers, but take pride in business partnering with other teams to ensure that finance is an integral part of driving the business forwards.
Bob will take on all elements of finance, ensuring that our systems, controls and processes are fit for purpose in line with our growth projections and objectives. He will also take the lead on all our financial strategy including forecasting, budgeting, and FP&A.
We look forward to driving business forwards through the expertise of Bob as the CT Finance Director and developing finance strategies for us to excel in 2023.
