With over 480 staff, Pacifica Group operates large-scale warehousing and distribution centres to supply its nationwide field engineers with the parts and equipment needed for domestic repairs. Advanced warehouse management systems enable next-day delivery, minimal returns, and real-time tracking.
Rapid growth has made system reliability critical, IT downtime risks both cost and reputation. Pacifica needed a resilient, scalable IT system that is easy to maintain, monitor, and supports their future goals.

As a result of the strategic IT review for service providers, we helped Pacifica Group align its IT infrastructure with future business goals. By gaining a clear understanding of their growth plans and upcoming changes, we identified key areas of improvement within their existing systems and highlighted current risks that could impact long-term objectives.
The review led to the development of a detailed roadmap outlining short, medium, and long-term IT projects, ensuring a structured and scalable approach to transformation. To support decision-making around bespoke systems, we partnered with Dell to provide loan hardware for a successful proof of concept, giving Pacifica Group the confidence that their planned investment would deliver the required performance and long-term value.
